Digital Delivery Policy

1. You add products to your cart and complete payment on the secure Razorpay checkout.
2. The moment Razorpay confirms the payment, your order is marked as paid.
3. The download links are added to your My Library page.
4. A confirmation email is also sent to the email address you used at checkout with secure, time-limited download links.

You can always access your purchases by signing in to your account and opening My Library. Files are served from secure, signed URLs that protect against public sharing.

Most products are delivered as PDFs, ZIP archives, .xlsx (Excel) or Notion template links. The exact format is listed on each product page. You will need a compatible application — for example a PDF reader, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, or a free Notion account — to open the files.

Your access to purchased products is lifetime from your library, provided your account remains in good standing and the product is still part of our catalogue. If we ever retire a product, you will still be able to download the version you purchased.

To prevent abuse and protect creators, individual download links are rate-limited. If you reach a limit, simply refresh the link from your library or contact us — we will help you redownload at no cost. Sharing download links or files with third parties is a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

If you cannot find your order, please:

• Check your email Spam / Promotions folder for our confirmation.
• Sign in to your account and open My Library.
• Check the Orders tab to confirm the payment status.
