By accessing skillsquare.in, creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately at hello@skillsquare.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SkillSquare sells digital products only, including but not limited to ebooks, PDFs, guides, notes, templates, prompt packs, checklists, Excel and Notion templates, and digital bundles. No physical goods are shipped.

When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download and use it for your personal or single-business use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload or republish the files anywhere.
• Use them in any product sold to third parties.
• Claim authorship or remove SkillSquare branding, copyright notices or watermarks.
• Use them to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without our written permission.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are securely processed by Razorpay. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets and EMI options where supported by Razorpay. By submitting payment details you authorise the charge for the order.

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. Full details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.

As digital goods are downloaded immediately, all sales are generally final. Exceptions and the process are described in our Refund Policy.

All content on skillsquare.in — including text, design, graphics, logos, product files and source files — is the property of SkillSquare or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source files beyond what is provided.
• Use the site for fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the site's security, integrity or availability.
• Scrape or systematically download our catalogue or files.

We integrate with third-party services (Razorpay, email providers, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity). Their use is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, errors or content of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSquare and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillSquare from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account if you breach these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
